Playgrounds
Having fun on the swings, slides, climbing frames and messing about in the sand is possible in many places around the campsite. For the little ones, Cow Antje near the central square is a hit. The bird's nest swing in the large playground is popular with all ages! And in the natural playground near camping field Lijster there is playground equipment made of tree trunks and sand and a fun play tractor with a real steering wheel.
Playing by the pond
According to many, a wonderful place to let your children rave, while you yourself enjoy the nature around you.
Farmer Wout Nature trail
This fun nature trail teaches you the funniest facts about nature on the campsite via 14 route points (Dutch language). You can discover all parts, such as a sundial, a barefoot path and a cane craft task, during your holiday. Every child receives the route map from us free of charge on arrival. If you want extra information, you can use the IVN Routes app.
Let them loose in the Splash Playground
The Splash Playground is great for children of all ages. Children activate the interactive fountains themselves, the water is reused after filtering. Parents can enjoy watching (or splashing along) around the Splash Playground and on the terrace of Restaurant ‘t Karrewiel.
Stroking sheep
The sheep on the dam are always happy to have visitors! Climbing on the dyke is allowed. There are often horses behind the dike in summer.
Happy go-karting
Discover all the corners of the campsite. Nothing is more fun than a go-kart. There is even a family go-kart.
Sporty activities
Scattered over the site you will find a panna pitch, football pitch and jeux de boules court. Near the restaurant, not far from the large playground, there are two table tennis tables and a youth room. Here especially the older children can catch up, play table football, table tennis and watch TV.
