Hellevoetsluis is located in the municipality of Voorne aan Zee and you will notice this during your stay. Together with ‘Putten’ (Municipality of Nissewaard), Voorne aan Zee forms the island of ‘Voorne-Putten’. Nowhere will you find a greater variety of experiences. Nature Island Tiengemeten

In the middle of the Haringvliet is Nature Island Tiengemeten. In the summer months, you can sail there from Hellevoetsluis with Expedition Haringvliet. The rest of the year you take the ferry to the island from Zuid-Beijerland. Travelling to Tiengemeten really does feel like an expedition. Arriving on the island, the most beautiful hiking trails, the Rien Poortvliet Museum with Kabouterzolder, the coolest OERRR Play Nature and beautiful views await you there. Spreading mileage and counting steps

With no fewer than 300 kilometres of cycle paths and 375 kilometres of hiking trails at your disposal, you will be short of time. The cycling and walking network connects all the beautiful spots on Voorne-Putten. From the campsite, you can walk, run or cycle in many directions.
